Speakers will be asked to submit abstracts concerning one or more of the following themes:- Water quality (advances in analytical technologies and methods, emerging contaminants, fate and impact of contaminants, effects of climate change on water quality, etc.)
- Wastewater and stormwater treatment (advances in treatment technologies, disinfection, sludge treatment and management, etc.)
- Drinking water treatment (advances in treatment technologies, elimination of micropollutants, taste, odour and cyanotoxins, source water protection, bottled water quality, etc.)
- Social, economic and political issues related to water quality (new strategies for wastewater effluent management, policy and legislation, socio-economic impacts, sustainable development, etc.)
- Hydrology (advances in modeling, water quality and management)
- Water and public health issues
