Call For Papers
The 11th Pacific Canadian Symposium on Water Quality Research will be held jointly with the British Columbia Water and Waste Association's 38th Annual Conference and Trade Show in Whistler, BC from May 1-5, 2010.
Researchers (including students) and practitioners from academia, industry, and government are invited to participate in the conference. The Philip H. Jones Award for the best student oral presentation will be awarded at the end of the Symposium.
Abstracts for presentations describing current research activities are solicited on the following topics:

- Drinking water disinfection
- Drinking water distribution systems
- Drinking water supply
- Drinking water system management
- Drinking water treatment
- Drought management
- Emergency technologies
- Organic residuals processing and Recycling

Abstracts of proposed papers should be 250 words or less and submitted on the abstract form to the attention of Soubhagya Pattanayak, University of British Columbia at cawq2010@gmail.com. Abstract templates, format, and general conference information are available on BCWWA's website.
Deadline for submission is 12:00 P.M. November 30, 2009
